Free art to see in Antwerp
Looking for something to do in Antwerp that costs nothing? From 12 September to 18 October 2026, work by thirty artists is on show at twenty venues in the city centre: in a gallery, but just as much in a hat shop, a florist, a theatre and a museum. Everything is free to visit.

- Does 5 Corners Up! cost anything?
- No. All twenty venues are free to visit. No ticket and no reservation needed.
- When is the art route open?
- From 12 September to 18 October 2026. The route can be visited Tuesday to Sunday; opening hours differ per venue. NQ Gallery is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00–18:00, and closed on Mondays.
- Where does the route start?
- At NQ Gallery, Mechelsesteenweg 11 in Antwerp, where you can also pick up the paper map. You can join the route at any other point too.
- How long is the walk?
- The full loop is about 4.2 kilometres and takes roughly an hour without stops. If you go inside everywhere, count on half a day or more.
- Is the route suitable for children?
- Yes. It runs through the low-traffic centre of Antwerp, past shops, studios and public buildings, and is buggy-friendly.
- Are there guided tours?
- Yes. There are guided walks with the young artists, and on Saturday 26 September and 3 October a talk with NQ artists at the Bourlaschouwburg. Dates are in the programme.
